Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Voxnote. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The English version is the reference text.Provider and eligibility
Voxnote is provided by Xizhen Information Technology (wuxi) Co., Ltd. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your region.
The service
Voxnote records and syncs notes, transcribes and translates audio, creates summaries and images, and provides AI-assisted questions and answers. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Account, content and recording consent
You are responsible for your account and for the legality, accuracy, rights and permissions of content you record or upload, including consent from recorded people where required. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host, transmit, transform and process it only to operate, secure and improve the requested service.
AI output
Transcripts, summaries, translations, images and AI responses may contain errors or omissions. Review important output before relying on or sharing it. Voxnote does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Free service, subscriptions and trials
Free limits may be shown in the app and may change prospectively. Voxnote Pro is billed through your Apple ID and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Trial eligibility and storefront price are determined and displayed by Apple. Manage cancellation in Apple account settings; deleting Voxnote or your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple handles charges, taxes and refunds under its policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use Voxnote unlawfully, infringe rights, record without required consent, upload harmful or malicious content, probe or disrupt systems, bypass limits, resell unauthorized access, or automate abusive requests. We may restrict access needed to protect the service and users.
Intellectual property and feedback
Voxnote software, branding and service materials belong to us or our licensors. The limited right to use the service does not transfer ownership. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment while respecting any personal information it contains.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using Voxnote and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal requirements or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective. We may update these Terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes.
Law, disputes and contact
Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Otherwise, applicable law and competent courts are determined by the provider's principal place of business and conflict-of-law rules. Contact: [email protected].
